Union members who participated said the cost of health care exceeded their wages. IUE-CWA President Carl Kennebrew and IUE-CWA GE Conference Board President Jerry Carney recommend approval by IUE-CWA delegates to the agreement.

IUE-CWA leaders are expected to share the preliminary agreement with their members next week. The ratification vote is not yet scheduled.
