Webex Teams End User License Agreement

Cloud Voice services, as described in the description of the Cloud Voice Services service, can only be provided by the provider in available countries, as shown in this service description. Regardless of where the customer chooses to use telephone services, the customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations and receives all applicable authorizations and licenses in connection with such use. The Customer frees the supplier and its suppliers from any liability, loss or damage that may result from the obstruction or separation of the User`s services as a result of a hindrance or separation of the User`s services, because the Customer does not comply with its obligations under this article. The term „available country“ refers to the countries in which services are available. 2.1.3. Legal conditions. The customer`s use of Webex call services is subject to the provisions of the end user agreement (if any) and compliance by the customer with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the Authorized Use Directive. Each additional software may be subject to additional end-user licensing conditions (this can be done via „Click through“ when downloading) and as stated in the service description. Each user accepts Cisco`s privacy policy as described in the service description. The developer site, available under developer.webex.com, is a website developed by Cisco that provides Cisco Webex users (available at www.webex.com) (i) Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark) SDK, widgets and API.

(ii) Cisco Webex Meetings APIs; (iii) Cisco Webex Devices API; (iv) guides for (i), (ii) and iii); and (v) other Cisco Webex resources (together „Services“). You can use services to create apps, connect other tools to Cisco Webex, or create packaged solutions. You can view your apps on the developers` website for Cisco verification and short tests for compatibility with Cisco Webex and, if Cisco has approved it, on the App Hub site. Unless an agreement has been reached in writing, nothing in this ECJ transfers ownership of intellectual property rights or grants a licence. You retain ownership of your content and Cisco retains ownership of Cisco and Cisco Content technology. Cisco can use any feedback you give to your use of Cisco technology in your business activities. 4.2 Subject to the terms of these Terms of Use, Cisco grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-under-granted license for the use of Cisco trademarks solely for the purpose of identifying your apps as being compatible with the Services. During your use of The Cisco Trademarks, you agree (a) to comply with all Cisco brand usage guidelines that may be provided to you by the Cisco and B brand guidelines) that may be found under www.cisco.com/web/about/ac50/ac47/about_cisco_policies_list.html (cisco Guidelines package). Cisco`s guidelines are here again and may be amended without notice. If Cisco discovers that your use of Cisco`s trademarks does not comply with these terms of use or Cisco`s policies, Cisco will notify you of the defect and give you 14 days to raise. If you do not do so within the additional 14 days, Cisco may immediately terminate the license granted in this section by communicating it to you, and you will immediately stop using Cisco`s trademarks. 2.3.

Beta and test version. If Cisco grants you rights to use existing Cisco technology on a trial, evaluation, beta or other free basis („software and evaluation services“), you can only use the software and evaluation services temporarily for the limited period of time by the license key or written by Cisco.
